Personalisation
The items are yours to personalise with anything you desire. As long as your text fits within the length criteria on the listing it can be as cute or cheeky as you choose!

Shipping
Jewellery
All jewellery items are shipped Royal Mail 48 as standard, this has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days once your order has been processed.
An upgrade to Royal Mail 24 is available at checkout which has a delivery aim of 1-2 working days.
Small Gifts
All jewellery items are shipped Royal Mail 48 as standard, this has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days once your order has been processed.
An upgrade to Royal Mail 24 is available at checkout which has a delivery aim of 1-2 working days.
Please bear in mind that although very rare it can take up to 14 working days. If you have concerns that your item has not arrived please get in touch!
The second upgrade is to Express Tracked which is the only option to include full tracking and has a guaranteed delivery date.
If you have any concerns regarding a deadline please get in touch before purchase as often this can be accommodated.

All of the designs can be tweaked to accomodate you, or a completely different design can be created just for you!
Environmental Impact
All of the materials used within each product is recyclable including the all sterling silver used. Aluminium, Brass and Copper can be recycled individually.
99% of the packaging can be recycled. We are striving to be completely recyclable by the end of 2022 with all components used within the packaging.
Make sure to check our envelopes as they can be pulled apart, separating the bubble wrap and paper to recycle individually.
